H.R. 1845 The Medicare Durable Medical Equipment Access Act of 2007
H.R. 1845 would allow Medicare beneficiaries to continue using their choice of DME provider. This bill will also allow any small provider to participate in the Medicare program as long as they have followed the guidelines established by CMS.
